In the 20 years that I have been exploring soul growth, I have found that there really are no real short cuts to doing the inner work that is required to move into higher loving states of being.  

What I have witnessed in myself,and others are rapid and accelerated processing which allows an individual to reach higher states of consciousness in short but intense timescales. 

Generally, these episodes occur during bouts of extreme emotional stress or through intense times of spiritual adherence – such as prolonged meditation, fasting, times of isolation etc.
